1. The holes and slots in the plastic cover grille are densely distributed, and bring difficulty to the plastic filling during injection molding. The location and size of the gate should be reasonably selected in the design of injection mold, in order fill as fast and fully as possible, improve the fusion line as much as possible, and reduce product deformation

2. The injection mold for the plastic drain cover is generally injection molded with large water port. To increase productivity.

3. Generally, because of the large size of mold, and large injection molding machine is generally used.
